Where you'd be working:Our Support Consultants work in the Brisbane branch for our customers located both local and globally.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this): Our Support Consultants provide first and second level support services to our customers by email, telephone, MSTEAMs and at the customers' site.
Your expertise will be working within our facilities management modules (project, plant and services) that can also provide classroom and on-site training and consulting services.Time for a change?
If you get excited about using an ERP (Software) system to create, manage and monitor projects, plant maintenance and/or service field areas, then we want to speak with you.You enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting, providing the right advice and solution to the customer.
Your skills and experience in Facilities Management will assist you in this role.
Using your knowledge of facilities management business processes and working closely with other departments, you will: Triage and review reported issuesReview, analyse and provide advice with customers to understand ongoing impacts of their projects, plant maintenance and/or services processesEngage with customers via multiple technology methods to discuss their requirements to provide solutionsDocument program issues, and deployment of fixes
