Provide strategic guidance and consultancy to clients on AI adoption, identifying opportunities, and crafting roadmaps for successful implementation Understand the business objectives, challenges, and requirements of our clients, translating them into effective technical solutions leveraging Azure AI services. Architect scalable, reliable, and efficient AI solutions based on industry best practices Mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, the Microsoft Azure platform and industry trends, incorporating them into effective solutions. Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to pre-sales activities. Work closely with our engineers and Project managers to optimise client outcomes, . Help set-up proof-of-concept prototypes to demonstrate to our clients how technology can be leveraged Prepare for and facilitate workshops and other forums with clients as necessary. The Right Candidate Will have consulting, solution design and implementation experience on AI projects Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience & passion for all things AI, machine learning, and data science, with a focus on Microsoft Azure technologies. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful AI projects, from conception to deployment, preferably in a consulting environment. Deep understanding of Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, etc. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or .NET, with experience in developing and deploying AI models on Azure. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, or equivalent, are highly desirable. What's in it for you?
