Support Analyst - Siebel

We are currently recruiting for a large program of work for a Government department based in Melbourne.Key Responsibilities:Application Support: Work on incident and problem resolution in Siebel, maintaining production systems and, when necessary, working in DevTest/PreProd environments.SME Role: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Siebel technologies, and provide support across on-premises/cloud hosting.Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work with cross-functional teams, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.Monitoring & Performance: Monitor applications and infrastructure performance using various tools, with an eye for process improvements and automation.Service & Release Management: Participate in on-call rotation, manage releases and deployments, and ensure adherence to IT standards.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, provide training to junior members, and focus on continuous improvement.Must-Have Skills:Siebel CRM Support: Expertise in Siebel Case Management, operational support, and product configuration management.Integration Technologies: Familiarity with integration mechanisms.Background:Baseline Clearance is an advantageAustralian Citizen3-4 Years of experience in the aboveWhat we offer:$500-600 per day12 Month contractSecure Government contract3 Day a week Hybrid Environment
