This role is very diverse, highly collaborative and requires a high level of leadership and business acumen to ensure whole of systems/business thinking.Purpose of the Role• Lead the Supply planning & material supply national team including S&OP comms and NPD product set up to ensure effective launch to market and ongoing material supply• Lead IBP Supply planning process and participate in other IBP work streams• Ensure workstreams & processes are continually reviewed and improved as part of a continuous improvement mindset• Manage imported direct material supply activities and develop relationships with key stakeholders• Establish and execute stakeholder management plan and communication framework• Lead and support the business strategy in network optimisation across the bakery network, including where made where sold, line capacity, network constraints and future capital requirements• Overall management of the operational stream of Major Projects (Operational & Supply Chain) as directed by the Head of Supply Chain ANZ• Establish project governance including charter, plans, issues & risks registers, dependency mapping and costed manifestsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:5-7 years of relevant supply chain experience (FMCG - food preferable)Experience managing different types of projects including strategy, business change, evaluation and selection, IT, infrastructure deploymentUnderstanding of Supply Chain / Operations discipline and function within FMCGStrong business acumenStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a matrix organisationFlexible and agileAbout UsAt Tip Top Bakeries, we're proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
