Key Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining product lines and stock ordersManaging the shipping schedule and associated administrationAssisting with Critical Path managementMaintaining Range Plans and Purchase OrdersLiaising with Product Manager to manage samplesMonitoring and tracking key delivery schedulesManaging samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handoverSupporting Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysisProviding a key link between department and supplierCreating CADs of products using Illustrator
Requirements
Experience in a Supply Coordinator or administration role within a buying/product team is advantageousConfident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculationsConfident working with Microsoft products, including ExcelGreat attention to detail and ability to work autonomouslyAbility to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholdersThriving in a fast-paced and exciting environment
