About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our Abbotsford team on a permanent basis. In this important role, you'll work across internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners to ensure the smooth supply of stock integral to the health of Australians & New Zealanders.
Your role will be varied and will include:
Conducts and transacts processes for the supply of products inbound to ANZ through to warehousing.Conducts and transacts processes for the supply of products outbound to first trade customers to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize OTIF.Initiate and support processes to manage supply chain events and changes.First point of contact for Commercial colleagues for supply chain inquiries.Ensuring the integrity of data within our systems used.Managing supply chain reporting activities.Sales order entry/management and invoice processing.Stakeholder management & communication of supply chain issues.About you? To be successful in the role, you will have experience in a similar role in supply chain planning preferably in the pharmaceutical (or related) industry.
You'll also possess:
Supply Chain or related qualifications                                                             Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and ExcelDemonstrated strong understanding of GxP policies and procedures related to ambient and cold-chain pharmaceuticalsStrong organisation skills with a "can do" attitudeDemonstrated high numeracy skills and attention to detailExceptional problem-solving abilityWhy join us?
