Supply Chain Manager, Oceania - Your future position? Location: 12 Britton St, Smithfield, NSW, 2164 Sydney Reporting to: Head of Operations Oceania In this exciting role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain function for Oceania.
As the manager, you will manage a team of managers and individual contributors, working towards collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities Lead the teams under the Supply Chain function Manage end-to-end S&OP process Improve operational performance and cost optimization using lean methodologies Ensure compliance to trade affairs regulations on import and export Allocate resources (manpower/ equipment) adequately to meet service targets and minimise costs, in Sales Order Management, Material Management Planning, and Demand Planning Ensure KPI reporting for customer service on weekly and monthly basis Responsible for long and short term planning of imported and domestic raw material portfolio against the manufacturing plans / sales forecasts Develop, implement and update procedures for Materials Management following Regional & shared service activities Work with important partners to understand root cause of issues and create solutions Presenting the business capabilities to meet customer demand Identifying, reporting and solving any risks in achieving customer needs/demands Develop yearly budgets based on regional requirements.
This includes implementing the operating plan within the approved budget Provision of weekly, monthly and annual reports for the site and region Coordinate the planning functions to best meet corporate goals for cost reduction; inventory management (value & CDI) Ensure adherence to all Regulatory and organisational requirements and procedures Engage with the commercial team to ensure that organisational performance is achieved Ensure the workplace is a healthy and safe environment to work in and following all health and safety procedures, particularly the Chain of Responsibility knowledge in dealing with warehousing and distribution (Logistics) Main Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain related functions Minimum 5 years experience in managerial role in a similar function (managing managers/team leaders as well) Attractive package with benefits Excellent opportunities for progressive learning and development A creative team environment that will inspire you 12.5% Superannuation 17.5% Annual Leave Loading At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
