The Opportunity: Our future Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Project Manager/Director with functional reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director, is responsible for leading and managing efficient and effective supply chain operations for the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, services, and subcontracts in accordance with applicable statutes, client's requirements and Kent's policies and procedures. Responsible for the end-to-end management of supply chain activities from strategy development to contract closeout. The Supply Chain Manager is also responsible for the effective and efficient management of materials and logistics to support the project.
Day to Day, your role will include: Develop, implement and monitor supply chain strategies that align with the project's and the company's overall objectives, including plans for procurement, materials, and logistics and support successful delivery of the project. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Develop, plan, monitor, and maintain the Procurement Status Report (PSR) to ensure all goods and services required for the projects are delivered on schedule. Oversee and lead post-pre-award activities, including contract term negotiations and commercial/pricing discussions, ensuring the best outcomes for the company and clients. Ensure end-to-end management of the project supply chain function (subcontract, procurement, materials, and logistics) aligns with approved systems, procedures, and policies. Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to manage them effectively. About you: Our future colleague will be a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing supply chains and delivering outstanding results. You will have a proven track record as a highly skilled supply chain manager accompanied with managing stakeholders, meeting tight deadlines, commercial acumen, agile, pragmatic, and ready to tackle the challenges of the supply chain in an EPC environment in the Oil & Gas sector.
