As the Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of a high-profile project, replacing a legacy automotive supply chain management system. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, from C-Level executives to operations team members, making a significant impact on the future of automotive logistics in Australia.
What You'll Do Lead requirements gathering and create top-notch business analysis artefacts.Work with Product Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for current and future supply chains.Translate business needs into actionable specifications for the software development team.Engage with client and vendor delivery teams, often as the first point of contact for requirements clarification.Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvements.Facilitate workshops for business requirements gathering and process design.Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and business process models.Assist with test planning and participate in user acceptance testing.Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles, primarily in project delivery.Prior experience in the supply chain industry and familiarity with supply chain concepts.Expertise in supply chain systems or ERP systems.Proficiency in documenting system integration requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.Why Join Them?
