TAG is seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR to support its SALES and OPERATIONS teams and work from our Sydney office in Stanmore.
We are looking for a special person: the right individual needs to be motivated, highly organised, love data analysis and processing, have great attention to detail and work well individually as well as part of a team.
This person is the linchpin between product supply operations and the wider company. Interfacing with suppliers, analysing orders, generating sales forecasts, overseeing product shipments, item data maintenance and upkeep of the ERP system (SAP).
Furthermore, they will be constantly reporting information and insights to the sales team, brand managers and both international and domestic business partners while ensuring all processes are as efficient as possible.

Key Responsibilities: Interfacing with suppliers, vendors, internal staff and freight forwarders to deliver items on time and meet customer needs including large scale sales projectsPlacing orders with suppliers and reconciling order confirmations and invoicesTracking shipments and updating the ERP system (SAP) with on time information Providing reporting to suppliers and sales staffMaintaining and improving existing procedures, workflows and reportsGenerating forecasting data and working with the sales team to ensure steady supplyItem and data maintenance MUST HAVE's are: Excellent ability to prioritise and manage their timeTeam playerAnalyticalAttention to detail and follow-throughPROBLEM-SOLVEREXCELLENT computer skills ESPECIALLY EXCELEfficient and accurate data entry skillsHigh standards of written communication with suppliers and business partners Understanding of the supply-chainRelevant work experience Nice to Haves:
