P&C Business Partner at Carbon RevolutionWe are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, there is never a dull moment at Carbon Rev! The Supplier Quality Engineer will be required to participate in supplier review meetings as the Quality support from design to launch phases, and the maintenance for existing programs supplier requirements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare and submit on-time PPAP submissions. Co-ordinate the resolution of customer quality concerns between CR Plant and OE customers.
Reporting to the Customer Quality Manager, the role of Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting production with non-conformance analysis and corrective actions on Supplier related issues. Management of the Supplier Production Part Approval Process database. Participate in Product and Process change management. Participate in 8D problem solving teams and continuous improvement activities.
What we would like you to bring to the team: We are looking for an applicant who has a passion for quality and enjoys a challenge. You will ideally have a minimum 5 years' experience in a Supplier Quality role gained in the automotive or aerospace industry, including APQP, PPAP and Customer Specific Requirements. Experience in IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 system requirements will be required.

Experience in composite and/or automotive manufacturing techniquesDemonstrating a positive and continuous improvement cultureAbility to operate in a pro-active and autonomous mannerExcellent interpersonal skills, proven experience in the coordination of activities or teams, and be able to demonstrate their ability to work within a high-performance team.A disciplined approach to ensuring compliance to safety and quality requirements and ensuring that OH&S procedures are followed is a must.Relevant Trade or equivalent quality professional qualification / post high school education is essential.If this role sounds like the best fit for you and you are ready to take the next step in your career, click in the apply now button!
