The roleThe primary purpose of this role is to manage onboarding, renewal, and governance of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement, cyber security, IT, risk, and regulatory standards.
This role will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate and record supplier supervision and monitoring routines, ensuring supplier activities are in line with the Statement of Work.
You'll be responsible forWorking with the business to identify suppliers to be onboarded, tiering suppliers to determine the level of governance required as per the Personal Injury Supplier Governance Model.Leading end-to-end supplier onboarding, contract renewals and variations, document execution, supplier governance, and offboarding.Managing supplier partnerships and negotiating agreements to ensure they create value in terms of customer experience, quality and spend – as well as complying with Allianz standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Facilitating supervision and monitoring routines to ensure supplier activities are in line with Terms, Rates and Service Delivery Standards outlined in the Statement of Work.Working closely with the Cyber Governance team to manage identified supplier cyber system vulnerabilities.
