The role The primary purpose of this role is to manage onboarding, renewal, and governance of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement, cyber security, IT, risk, and regulatory standards. This role will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to mitigate risks and ensure smooth, compliant supplier integration.
You'll be responsible for Working with the business to identify suppliers which are required to be onboarded.Leading end-to-end supplier onboarding, contract renewals and supplier governance processes, including supplier risk assessments, vendor integrity screening, privacy impact assessments, and cyber security assessments.Managing the tiering of suppliers to assess risk and determine the level of governance requirements as per the Personal Injury Supplier Governance Model.Managing contract negotiation and amendments of supplier agreements to ensure they align with Allianz standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Liaising with Corporate Legal, IT, Cyber security, Risk and Compliance, Finance and Procurement teams to obtain necessary approvals and signoffs.About you Experience in supplier management, procurement, or contract administration, with strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance.Demonstrated understanding of cyber security standards, IT systems and risk management practices.High attention to detail with focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supplier-related issues effectively, experience in managing and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.What's on offer?
