In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprenticesEnsure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver resultsConsulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to endEnsuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Branch LeadershipCompleting required documentationBeing a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to timeTo be successful in this role you will need the following: Experience working on engine products and Heavy On-Highway Vehicles e.g., Kenworth, Western StarExperience in using electronic troubleshooting systems and following defined OEM proceduresPrevious or demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring in a workshop environmentEffective communication and organization skillsOrganisational skills and be able to multi-task in a high-pressure environmentCompensation and Benefits Competitive Hourly rate paid as a permanent salaryMonday to Friday Day Shift, 7.00am to 4.00pmOvertime paid as penalty rates for all work above standard Monday – Friday 38-hour work week Tooling allowanceLUCRATIVE sign on bonus!!
