About the Role We are recruiting a Shift Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor for Port Maintenance at Finucane Island on a 8&6/7&7 day/night roster. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enjoy working in an inclusive team environment collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a safe and reliable plant. Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent at Finucane Island, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and stable fixed plant asset performance for Port operations. Supervising a diverse group of mechanical maintenance technicians, executing fixed plant breakdown maintenance activities.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to influence while also enabling you to build relationships across departments.
