The Role: General Manager SMSWA is seeking a mature and energetic individual to fill this General Manager role, to manage the day-to-day fabrication business, nurture and grow existing key accounts, develop and execute definitive strategic new growth plans in key target market segments, lead new product research, innovation, and design, and lead our team of committed and professional people to ongoing organisational success and prosperity.
Key Responsibilities The position is hands-on and requires close work with our clients, staff, and suppliers.

What We're Looking For Documented track record of successful people leadership and organisational culture development and nurturing.Documented experience with key account management and new account procurement.Agile mind with excellent critical analysis skills and excellent communication skills across all demographics, with a passion for customer service.High-tech fabrication or construction industry experience.Tertiary qualification - minimum undergraduate, preferred postgraduate.Trade background / forklift license / HR license / Work Safe white card, all well regarded.Legally entitled to reside and work in Australia.Why Join SMSWA?
