About the role We are looking for a Supervisor Plant Maintenance to join our team at Pannawonica Mesa J to provide positive and impactful leadership to our site-based team of maintainers. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, coupled with your technical knowledge to effectively coordinate execution of work.
You'll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You'll work a family and lifestyle friendly FIFO 8 days on, 6 days off roster from Perth, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance you will:
Be an inspiring role model and coach whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team. Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture to promote safety awareness and compliance, encouraging prioritisation of safety in all activities and operations. Manage fixed plant scheduled daily maintenance and support maintenance activities during shutdowns. Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies. Participate in the preparation of accurate weekly reports and assign tasks to team members. Manage work management activities via the SAP Maintenance Management systems. Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to optimise work practices and provide technical solutions to improve plant performance. Leadership experience and confidence in leading, developing and coaching team members. Knowledge of maintenance principles. Contractor management experience. An understanding of the work management process and principles. Experience working in fixed plant operations, maintenance or similar. A Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence (Manual).
