AIM Services Australia is recruiting a Crew Leader/Pit & Pipe installer to join our NBN network construction team.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the industry standards and proven leadership skills to manage a crew of dedicated professionals.
Holding machinery and traffic management tickets is highly desirable.

What you'll be doing Working within the team, you will oversee the activities of a construction crew to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required standards. Oversee the installation of pits and pipes, monitoring quality and providing guidance to the team. Liaise with Management and other crews to organise workflows and ensure jobs are completed successfully. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and procedures. Provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project. What we're looking for Experience (3+ years) in the NBN industry, specifically in pit and pipe installation. Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate challenges on-site. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in adhering to safety regulations and procedures. Flexibility to work away as required (attractive LAFHA paid). NBN enAble accredited. White card.
