$3000 referral payment for referring a successful new employee to KomatsuWhat we are looking for:Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical maintenance, or a relevant fieldDemonstrated experience in a supervisory role within the mining or heavy equipment industryStrong understanding of maintenance processes, preventative maintenance, and troubleshootingExcellent communication and leadership skillsCommitment to safety and continuous improvementOversee maintenance operations, ensuring all work is completed to Komatsu standards and mine site requirementsManage a team of technicians and tradespeople, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain high productivity and moraleCollaborate with site management to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal equipment downtimeConduct regular inspections, audits, and safety meetings to uphold health and safety protocolsTroubleshoot complex mechanical and technical issues, implementing solutions to improve equipment reliabilityMaintain accurate records and reports for equipment servicing, repairs, and inventory usage.Ready to get started?
