Project Location: Tropicana Gold Mine is located 330 km northeast of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
Roles & responsibilities include: Demonstrate a visible commitment to providing a safe place of work; Supervise maintenance drill personnel and subcontractors during the shift; Undertake informal individual feedback reviews with direct reports on each roster; Identify and implement improvement opportunities leading to safer workplaces, increased productivity, and increased efficiencies; Ensure there is an understanding of and work within the project budget and forecast. About you Extensive knowledge of a range of Sandvik Leopard & CAT MD Series Drills; Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations; Mechanical knowledge to a level of understanding equipment capabilities, maintenance scheduling, and preventative maintenance methods; Supervisory management skills leading a specialised drill maintenance team in workshop & field environments; Not less than five years trade experience as a tradesperson; Should hold a Manual Australian Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
