About you As our Supervisor Liaison Officer , you'll have excellent communication skills, have a good knowledge of the training practice environment and the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program.
To thrive in this role, you'll have: strong communication and advocacy skills current accreditation as a GP Supervisor qualifications as a registered general practitioner About the opportunity Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager , you'll collaborate with regional and local teams, the Practice Manager Liaison Officer and the Registrar Liaison Officer as well as with management to advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP supervisors and inform policy, systems and process development to enhance the practice environment.
In addition, you'll: advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP supervisors participating in the RACGP training programs.
support supervisors within the training program providing guidance and direction as an experienced peer.
liaise with and maintain ongoing relationships with the supervisor industry body, General Practice Supervisors Australia.
work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
