Food and Beverage Supervisor – Events $28.87 + Superannuation. Full time position Exciting Perth Zoo location Working in our New Function Centre A Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences. THE ROLE Assist in coordinating front of house team's daily operational demands. A broad mix of duties in the new function centre. Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service. Develop team commitment, cooperation, and performance. Organise rosters as per operational requirements. Address any elevated guest grievances. Placing orders as required. Mix of day and evening shifts. THE PERSON Strong people management and leadership skills. Previous experience in a comparable role, seeking to contribute to a larger operation. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekends, and public holidays. Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products. Well-groomed and professional in appearance. Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and infection control principles. Must be open to obtaining an approved Manager's card.
