SUPERVISOR - DATA ENTRY & COURIERS / LABORATORY ADMINISTRATOR The Supervisor of Data Entry and Couriers/Laboratory Administrator is a dual role, responsible for the performance and service delivery of both the Data Entry and Courier teams as well as laboratory administrative tasks. They will demonstrate leadership and foster a continuous improvement culture through recruitment, training, and delivery of service excellence.
The incumbent will be required to provide afterhours support for staffing and troubleshooting.
The successful applicant will ideally have extensive experience in medical administration, including appointment management, recruitment, office correspondence, purchasing and finance, as well as other general office duties.

Experience as a successful administrative team leader/Supervisor Competence with a range of computer application programs and ability to learn new skills Previous experience in medical administration will be well regarded A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy in data transfer Exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills The ability to be flexible and work cooperatively in a team environment and provide direction to others Demonstrated initiative, sound judgement and effective decision making skills Ability to work under pressure, whilst meeting competing deadlines and priorities An understanding of quality assurance and a commitment to service excellence The right to permanently live and work in Australia To Apply:
