Our Ranger Services team are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable person with initiative, good communication skills and a pro-active approach to work.
You will assist in a range of administrative activities supporting the Regulatory Services team, including acting as initial contact for Ranger Services enquiries, assisting with administrative functions in relation to the Dog Control Act 2000, including ensuring maintenance of dog registration renewals and reminder notices and providing an appropriate level of customer service at the counter, via telephone and email as required.
ABOUT YOUDemonstrable experience in office procedures and practices.Commitment to high level customer service delivery.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deal with sensitive situations or agitated customers.Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems under general guidance.Strong time management and organisation skills.WHAT WE OFFER YOUThe role is offered on a part-time (18.75 hours per week - 0.5FTE), 12-month contract. A base salary between $66,218.98 and $73,292.57 pro-rata will be negotiated (dependent on skills and experience) with the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation.
