Job Responsibilities:Lead the execution of key clients' projects involving the construction or extension of roadworks, ensuring adherence to specification and standards.Handle diverse project requirements such as culvert structures over obstacles, extensions or sealed road intersections, crossroads, or alterations to existing roads for enhanced approach angles.Act as a primary point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager, staying informed about all project aspects and status.Collaborate with the project team to coordinate activities and ensure seamless project executions.Apply your expertise in roadworks constructions, including dealing with culvert structures, subterranean waterways, and road intersections.Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and project team to address requirements and challenges.Stay informed about all project facets, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide updates in the Project Manager's absence.About You:Demonstrated experience in supervision within a mining environment.Hold other relevant qualifications that contribute to the role's requirements.Exhibit proficiency in managing the scope, duration, and budget of a project, whether single or multiple projects concurrently.Strictly adhere to safety protocols, accident reporting procedures, and maintain a commitment to safety in the workplace.Possess a robust understanding and practical application of Occupational Health & Safety principles in the workplace.Previous experience working in a FIFO or DIDO role is advantageous.About Our Client:Our client excels in providing a wide range of civil engineering, building, construction, and maintenance services, serving the utilities, mining, government, and private sectors.
