Supervisor Administration (12 Months Parental Leave)There is an exciting opportunity with the Recreation and Culture Team for an Administration Supervisor at the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre. This role oversees and maintains effective operation of the administration areas of the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre and provides supervision of all staff within the crèche, reception and kiosk areas.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting in the development of strategic policy initiativesProviding support and training to staff within the area of responsibility and assisting with internal training for emergency evacuations and incident management.Establishing and maintaining administration systems to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the centre and its components.This is a fixed-term 12 month, part-time position, working 30 hours per week.About youIn order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field or substantial previous experience in an administration role.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with developed computer skills.Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience with the ability to work in and promote a strong team environment.Salary: $83,700.00 per annum (pro-rata)Permanent staff are entitled to:5 weeks annual leave per yearMinimum of 11.5% superannuation employer contributionSuperannuation co-contribution offered to a maximum of 5%Free access to the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre (pool & gym)Access to career development opportunitiesEmployee wellness initiatives including Employee Assistance Program, skin checks and flu vaccinationsApplications close on the 10th of November 2024.
