Supermarket Team Leader

Luccon's Local Grocer is an award winning and family owned IGA supermarket in Bowden.
We have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing the local community with what they need.
About the Role The Supermarket Team Leader will work closely with supermarket assistants to ensure high operational standards are maintained throughout the store.
This position is performed Tuesday to Saturday and comprises both morning and afternoon shifts.
The Supermarket Team Leader will be required to step into a Duty Manager role twice a week.
About You The Supermarket Team Leader will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will maintain high standards of work under pressure.
Suitable candidates will have:
