The OpportunityMinRes is currently seeking an experienced fixed-plant Reliability & Planning Superintendent for our Wodgina operations on a 4:3 roster to start in January 2025.
Reporting through to the Manager, this role will lead our team in achieving operational excellence through reliability enhancement and strategic planning initiatives.
Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies to enhance our fixed plant equipment's performance and minimize downtime.Lead the planning team, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track reliability metrics, shutdown performance, and project milestones.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, training, and support to team members.What is required?Minimum 5 years of experience in a Superintendent/Management position working within fixed plant reliability engineering, or related roles.Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification.Proven track record of successfully leading reliability improvement initiatives and shutdown projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.About Mineral Resources (MinRes)MinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
