We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client and Member Services team at Mercer .
This role will be based in Wollongong .
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be responsible for maintaining member, employer, and adviser account details while processing a range of superannuation administration functions for various superannuation schemes administered by Mercer.
We will count on you to: Process member/employer or adviser transactions across multiple functions either manually, electronically, or through SuperStream.
Accurately maintain member/employer/adviser account details within Mercer's current operating systems, in accordance with specific scheme legislation, fund rules, and Mercer's business processes.
Conduct thorough investigations to resolve exceptions and gather information to assist with the management of escalations, incidents, and complaints in a timely manner.
Initiate and act as a point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders to verify/confirm data provided and follow-up information as required.
Cooperate and communicate across teams to improve outcomes for internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain records systems to ensure the accurate, timely, and safe storage of information.
What you need to have: Experience working in administration.
Preferred knowledge and understanding of superannuation.
Sound problem-solving skills and initiative.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail.
