The Opportunity As we establish our new partnership with Suntory Global Spirits, the Supply Replenishment Planner – Full Bottle Spirits (FBS) will play a pivotal role in embedding our new processes and ways of working.
Leading the operational planning interface with the Suntory Global Spirits supply chain to ensure efficient and accurate planning, ordering, import & reporting processes.
What you'll be doing Create the replenishment / supply forecast for imported FBS to meet cost, service and inventory targets.
Partner closely with Suntory Global Spirits to order manage full bottle spirits inventory and track international delivery.
Ensure that the stock is available for sale and positioned correctly across the domestic DC network.
Establish priorities and manage escalations to mitigate the impacts of supply constraints on business performance.
Effectively manage the planning processes to support portfolio changes, NPD, SKU rationalisation and minimise the level of slow and obsolete stock.
Contribute to cross functional projects such as new product development launches.
What's in your toolkit?
Experience in a similar role ideally within FMCG.
Ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Good communication skills & attention to detail.
Analytical ability to operate in a complex planning environment.
Initiative to improve processes and drive to implement process change.
Exposure to ERP systems e.g., SAP (desirable).
A positive can-do attitude with desire to make a difference.
