As the KVA administrator, you will report directly and work closely with the KVA Manager where you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring that the department runs efficiently and according to the safety guidelines. The KVA Administrator is responsible for assisting the manager to ensure traceability is followed all the way through the process, data is recorded in the system, communication is maintained between the department, employees, and other departments across the site, and updating the roster with time and payroll information.
Key Requirements to be considered for the role include: Work experience in a fast-paced Administration role is preferred; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Flexible – Able to work hours needed to get the job done; Able to work well in a team environment; Adaptive – Able to work with late changes to meet customer requirements; Experience with Excel/Microsoft Office programs; What we're looking for Swickers has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team. As a key member, you will:
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers; Provide information to customers about the status of their orders; Fill out timesheets and ensure pay rates/times are correct; Roster and update payroll information; Create KVA orders for the week & print tags; Conduct stocktakes each week and make any amendments that are required; Book, verify & dispatch trucks; Perform general administration tasks.
