Role Overview:
The People Advisor, Org Change & Planning is integral to delivering efficient planning, prioritisation, and process improvement services across People Home & Operations.
This role ensures initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and aligned with strategic goals, enabling the team to focus on high-value outcomes and operational excellence.

You will work closely with leadership to identify, prioritise, and execute initiatives while fostering simplification and efficiency.
This role also involves making factual, data-driven decisions and ensuring robust planning processes that support the function's success.

What You'll Do:
Facilitate structured processes for assessing and prioritising new work requests Lead agile planning sessions to balance priorities and capacity constraints Identify and implement opportunities for automation, simplification, and process efficiency Partner with stakeholders to enhance planning, governance, and initiative delivery Drive continuous improvement and foster an engaged, collaborative team culture What You'll Bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR (desired) with 5+ years in HR, operations, or project management Expertise in resource planning, project execution, and process optimisation Strong decision-making, analytical, and organisational skills Experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and influencing outcomes High attention to detail and ability to navigate complex systems and relationships What We Can Offer:
