Contract Duration: 12-month Contract Opportunity
Role Overview: The People Advisor, Org Change & Planning is integral to delivering efficient planning, prioritisation, and process improvement services across People Home & Operations. This role ensures initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and aligned with strategic goals, enabling the team to focus on high-value outcomes and operational excellence.
You will work closely with leadership to identify, prioritise, and execute initiatives while fostering simplification and efficiency. This role also involves making factual, data-driven decisions and ensuring robust planning processes that support the function's success.
