What You'll Do
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions Support organisational change, talent planning, and people risk management Leverage HR data to identify trends, solve problems, and inform decision-making Drive continuous improvement and implement people-related initiatives Manage sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR (desirable) with 5+ years' HR experience in large or complex organisations Proven ability to manage complex HR matters independently Strong generalist HR skills, including across the employee lifecycle Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and project management is highly regarded What we can offer
