About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and developers.
Working closely with product managers, designers, and developers, you will define, analyse, and document business requirements to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements and specifications.
Create use cases, functional specifications, and business process documentation to guide development teams.
Perform data mapping across systems and support middleware integration projects.
Act as the liaison between product, development, sales, and technology teams.
Analyse business rules and provide recommendations for improvements to maximise return on investment (ROI).
Ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
About You
You are a natural problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You thrive in cross-functional teams and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Your critical thinking and attention to detail enable you to deliver solutions that are both innovative and pragmatic.
Experience and Skills
Experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and middleware integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
