Summit Homes Group has an opportunity for a Trainee Sub Floor Supervisor to join the new homes construction team. Working alongside skilled and experienced Subfloor Site Supervisors, you will coordinate a range of services and trades to prepare residential construction sites for new home builds. Under the mentorship of the Area Manager and Sub Floor supervisory team, you will learn how to plan and allocate resources to meet targets, recruit, manage, and motivate trade teams for success whilst gaining exposure to diverse building methods and construction styles.
About You The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a passion for growth and success. A background in concreting, earthworks, or pre-lay plumbing in residential construction would be highly regarded, although we are keen to hear from you if you have previous experience in construction and a desire to grow and learn. Your success will be underpinned by strong communication and problem-solving skills, reliability, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A current C Class licence is essential, and trade qualifications or a Diploma of Building and Construction are highly regarded.
