We are seeking casual FOH staff for a high-profile dining precinct that is in Canberra's parliamentary playground. 
ROSA'S is an all-day garden bar serving pizza by the pie or by the slice, as well as takeaway coffee, sandwiches and pastries, and cocktails come sundown. It's part of The Lawns of the Lobby development, nestled between two vibrant new restaurants and the iconic National Rose Gardens. 
BALLYHOO is set to make big noise in Canberra's dining scene with its big flavoured food, big personalities and big experiences. And let's not forget our octagonal wine and cocktail bar that is set to lubricate the big moments that we'll be delivering our guests.

You are… 
Have at least 12 months FOH hospitality experience Experience making coffee and Working in a bar desirableDetail-oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills Cool and calm under pressure/hectic environmentsA great communicator reliable & hardworking Experienced at waiting tables and greeting guests. A desire to develop relationships with customers and engage with them. A desire to develop your personal and professional skillset.  What to expect in this role You'll be supported by a team of industry pros who bring with them decades of experience–and are committed to reshaping the culture of hospitality for the better.
