Job Opportunity: HR Advisor We are excited to be recruiting for a growing food manufacturer based in Deeside. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor to join a small and forward-thinking HR team. This role will give you the opportunity to grow and develop your current skills as well as take on new opportunities within HR advisory and employee relations.
Our client is looking for a strong HR Advisor to join their team to support the organisation and its 350 employees . As a generalist role, you would:
Manage employee relations, helping guide and support line managers. Take responsibility for the full employee lifecycle. Support in training workshops. Help embed company values. The organisation has some exciting project work coming up which you would be an integral part of. As an integral part of the Human Resources Department , you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
Salary: Up to £35,000
Work Type: Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home working
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
