SuccessFactors System Administrator (Junior Level) Initial contract is until Dec 2024 Based in Sydney CBD (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $65./hr - $81.76/hr +Super About the Role:This role involves managing the SuccessFactors system, specifically focusing on Recruitment, Learning, Performance, and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with another System Administrator who manages the Chris 21 system used for payroll. This position requires working closely with IT professionals to understand and enhance system functionalities. The role is based in the office for 2 to 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Learning, Performance, and Onboarding).Collaborate with the Chris 21 System Administrator to ensure seamless integration and operation of HR systems.Work with IT teams to understand system requirements, identify areas for enhancement, and implement solutions.Provide user support and training to ensure effective use of SuccessFactors modules.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Participate in project work related to Learning Management System (LMS) and other SuccessFactors functionalities.Assist in the development and documentation of system procedures and guidelines.Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and best practices to ensure the system is optimized.Ensure data integrity and security within the SuccessFactors system. Essential knowledge, skills & experience:Junior-level experience in administering SuccessFactors modules, specifically in Recruitment, Learning, Performance, and Onboarding.Familiarity with HR systems and processes, including integration with payroll systems like Chris 21.Basic understanding of system enhancement and project management.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with IT professionals and end-users.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
