ResponsibilitiesTeam Management:Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Subway staff.Schedule and organize work shifts for employees.Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.Customer Service:Ensure that customers have a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service.Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.Financial Management:Monitor and manage the restaurant's financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.Inventory and Supply Chain Management:Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.Place orders for supplies and coordinate deliveries.Food Safety and Quality Assurance:Ensure that all food safety standards and regulations are adhered to.Monitor the quality of food products and ensure they meet Subway's standards.Compliance:Ensure compliance with Subway policies, procedures, and local health and safety regulations.Stay informed about any changes in Subway's operational guidelines.Marketing and Promotion:Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.Training and Development:Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees.Keep the team informed about new menu items, promotions, and other relevant information.Facility Maintenance:Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements.Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports to higher management on the restaurant's performance.Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
