About the Role We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site.
Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment, and machineryRegularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodationEnsure the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all timesComplete garden labour tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing in a timely manner and of high qualityEnsure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipmentOther tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restorationAbout You Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance positionDriver's LicenceAbility to work with limited supervisionGreat customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAvailability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating rosterProviding exceptional service to our residents is one of the most important factors for the success of our business.
