About the role
As the Subscription Campaign Executive, you'll be responsible for executing subscription marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention across Are Media's portfolio. This role also includes managing the Magshop commerce digital marketing strategy across all platforms. Reporting directly to the Senior Subscriptions Marketing Manager, your key focus will be to drive revenue, manage costs, increase profitability, and grow and retain our customer base.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to oversee campaign activities, budget management, reporting, and analysis, as well as handling logistics and administration. This is a dynamic role where you'll have a direct impact on our subscription growth and overall marketing success.
Duties
Implement, maintain & monitor live campaigns for both acquisition & retention activity, including cross collaboration with relevant parties in the business. Liaise with wider subscription team and rest of business to drive subscriptions sales. Implement campaigns across multi-channel platforms, including magazine, online social, insert, flysheet, EDM etc. Manage all legal logistics related to subscriptions direct marketing communications (e.g., Permits & T&Cs) - managing compliance and customer privacy. Work with third-party stakeholders and commercial clients to negotiate strategic alliances and contra deals for promotional activity. Execute membership driving initiatives to increase brand retention and research brand composition and opportunities for cross-brand collaboration & promotion. Report on multi-channel A&R promotional activity - daily. Skills and experience
Strong marketing experience and mindset, with knowledge of audience development and user-experience. Strong digital marketing skills with knowledge of SEM, SEO, programmatic marketing tools and tactics. Strong analytical ability to draw insights from previous campaigns and apply to future activity.
