Foreman - Luxury Homes

The Company   Luxury home builder that's been operating in Sydney for 60 years.
Work with architects delivering new build, knock down rebuild, renovation and extension projects.
Build values range from $2m to $5m.
Site locations are in the Inner West, Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs (Drummoyne, Leichardt, Glebe, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Mosman, Northbridge etc.)
About The Role Foreman / Site Manager required to deliver a $4m new build project in Drummoyne.
Will be expected to run the project from start through to completion.
Salary between $120,000 and $160,000 plus super.
Duties Site management of trades.
Quality assurance.
Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
Scheduling trades.
Ordering materials.
Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
Site progress reports.
Site inductions, toolbox talks and WH&S.  Skills & Experience   Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc) Experience of managing high-end architectural residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions.
Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
