About the Role As a Submissions Coordinator, you will support the Pre-Contracts team by assisting with non-price tender documentation. This role requires attention to detail, brand consistency, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the submission process by gathering information, writing content, and ensuring all requirements are met.Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to gather insights and information for tender development.Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of submissions, including proofreading and editing bid documents.Work collaboratively across our diverse workforce and with external partners, as required.Create and manage all submission collateral, including project team CVs and project profile sheets.Coordinate the ongoing management of the document-controlled bid library.Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a bid coordination or similar role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, and meet objectives.If you are interested in joining an agile infrastructure business to showcase your skills on a diverse range of high-profile projects, please submit your resume via the apply button!
