Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)Formula is a construction company with an open builder's license, specialising in commercial fit-out and building refurbishment projects. Our vision is to be the trusted construction partner of leading organisations, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional construction solutions with honesty, reliability, and expertise.We are seeking a dedicated Submissions Coordinator to join our Brisbane office. In this role, you will play a vital part in presenting and promoting Formula's capabilities through the drafting, editing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality, accurate, concise submission and proposal documents. This position supports our business nationally in preparing bids, tenders, and proposals.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver high-quality bid submissions and participate in bid meetings.Draft and edit non-technical components of bids, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.Manage and maintain the bid and proposal database, ensuring all information is current and organised.Conduct client research and background analysis to support bid leads.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication for each tender.Establish and manage Bid Action Plans to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents.Desired Skills and Experience:Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office software.Prior experience in a bid coordination role within the construction or a related industry.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple submissions.Independent and innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Why Join Us?You will be joining a great team where like-minded people work together to achieve great things.
