Submissions Coordinator at INTREC

We're seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process for tenders, expressions of interest, and other proposals. You'll play a critical role in the growth and success of our organisation, helping to produce high-quality submissions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the tender process from initial enquiry to final submission.Assist in developing bid content and ensure adherence to disciplined bid processes.Proofread, edit, and write documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission.Ensure all written communications are precise, detailed, and professionally formatted.Coordinate with the Pre-construction, Estimating, and Management teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Ensure all activities align with INTREC's policies, processes, and procedures.Be an integral part of our National Business Development and Marketing team.Assist with ad-hoc tasks for State Management.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Ability to stay organised and level-headed under pressure and ensure deadlines are met.A commitment to a high-performance culture and collaborative teamwork.Exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.Why INTREC?
