QBuild is a commercialised business unit of the Queensland Government. It has been Queensland Government's builder for over 160 years, playing an important role in communities across the state by building and maintaining government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities.About the roleYou will play a pivotal role in supporting QBuild's ambition to strengthen Queensland's building and construction industry by providing exceptional subject matter expertise on capital. Key responsibilities: providing delivery teams with "As-Is" process knowledge on Plan and Build products and servicescontributing to the development of design documents specifically relating to business process procedures and requirementsfacilitate requirements gathering / clarification on behalf of the businessvalidating "To-Be" business processes for the relevant functions and scenarios against system designassist with the development of process scenarios to be used during integration, system, user acceptance and performance testing and informing the development of training materialsinforming the development of operational and, where relevant, strategic business reporting requirementsparticipate in planning and delivery for change management and data cleansing activities as required through our Agile way of workinginput to training and user documentation development and reviewinput into data conversion, data cleansing, data collection and business data validation activitiesprovide expert advice to the Product Owners and Business Analysts regarding the QBuild priority, business environment, business and service delivery requirements and impacts, and stakeholder management, scope management and risks. Required Skills and Experience: ability to interpret detailed and complex information from multiple sources including project documentswillingness to be involved in and contribute to an agile way of working on a complex program of work.demonstrate specialist knowledge of the business operations across the Plan and Build products and services as per the QBuild Product and Services Guide.
