The Summit Homes Group construction team is seeking a passionate and experienced Sub-Floor Site Supervisor to join their New Homes team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll collaborate with an experienced group of Supervisors, overseeing a variety of construction sites to prepare for residential builds. This role requires strong site supervision experience, with sub-floor expertise being highly regarded, alongside strong construction knowledge and the ability to manage a skilled trade base effectively.To excel in this position, you'll need a proactive approach, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. A natural ability for problem-solving under pressure will also be essential.
