Summit Homes Group is seeking a Subfloor Area Manager to lead our team of Subfloor Supervisors across New Homes construction. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team to meet construction milestones and budgeted targets while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and training to Supervisors, managing escalated issues, and fostering strong relationships with the supply chain to secure industry-best service.
