Styling Coordinator - Trenery

The Styling Coordinator manages monthly styling kits, ensures sample readiness, and maintains accurate records. They support e-Commerce hanger photography, assist with lookbook and shoot preparation, and provide administrative and workflow support to the Styling team, ensuring all styling aligns with brand standards.
Key AccountabilitiesPull, reconcile, and manage monthly styling kits in line with production and company timelines, ensuring readiness for approval by the Styling Manager.Set up and maintain clear "Missing Sample" boards each month, clearly identifying missing samples across all divisions.Manage the e-Commerce shooting schedule, including booking shoot days with the brand's photography studio partner.Support the stylist by developing and shooting e-Commerce hangers and assisting with coding all shots.Maintain the gallery tool for lookbook documentation and content preparation each month.Utilise the gallery tool for email product approval processes.Manage the gallery tool for adhoc shoots and assist the team with in-house shoot preparation.Assist the Styling Manager and stylist with all workflow-related projects.Make selects and mark up all re-touching notes for e-Commerce imagery.Process model fitting invoices and bookings when required.Key CapabilitiesPrevious experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced brand environment.Proven impeccable styling sense is required.Retail experience an advantage.Have a thorough understanding and interest in fashion, such as designer trends, blog research, overseas and local street fashion trends.Possess a high attention to detail, have the ability to work collaboratively with others and possess excellent communication skills.Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, be proactive and able to show initiative and ideas.Demonstrate experience in team working environment with the ability to work on own initiative.Why work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasia's largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
